In the Pacific Northwest, coffee is a way of life and the rise of specialty coffee has burgeoned as consumers have increasingly become connoisseurs of the timeless beverage. We have had the privilege of both visiting and working with many high-quality roasters and shops throughout the region over the past several years. Through these experiences, we have discovered the values that matter most to us in developing our craft: product quality and consistency, strong partner relationships, and commitment to practices that foster fullness of life to all people involved.
We are thrilled to parter with a roaster that exemplifies these values. Camber Coffee located in Bellingham, WA started in 2015 by three Q-graders who were (and still are) passionate about sourcing and roasting coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity and balance. Their unrelenting commitment to quality is seen in the coffees they source and roast, their relationships with producers and partners, and the sustainability of their practices as a coffee roastery. This past year their roastery went 100% carbon neutral and started funding a clean drinking water project in Rwanda to offset their carbon footprint.
Their team has also gone above and beyond to develop a custom espresso blend just for Aroma Coffee Co.
